With less than one week to thanks giving, your going to love this SoulBee honey glaze turkey legs at you dinner table. Turkey meet is lean, and if you cook it right you can enjoy it as tender meet.

I absolutely love this SoulBee Honey glazed turkey legs, it’s easy to prepare. You don’t need a whole turkey, and it is as impressive as the real deal. The sweetens of this dish, complements the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Also you can cook this on a festive weekend.

If you love turkey, and don’t like to mess with the whole bird,
this Thanksgiving twist recipe is just the thing for you.

   4 Turkey legs

   1 cup chicken brot  

   Add SoulBee Honey Flakes and/or Powder to 1oz water until desired consistency  

   2 Fresh rosemary branches, chopped

   Salt and ground pepper

   5-8 fresh tarragon brunches 

   ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce

   Salt and ground pepper

  1. Rinse the turkey legs, and dry with a paper cloth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. In a small bowl mix together honey and soy sauce, until well incorporated. Divide the marinade to ¼, and ¾.
  4. Pour chicken broth and herbs into a heat proof pan.
  5. Coat the turkey legs with ¾ of the marinade, make sure that the coating is even.
  6. Place the coated legs in the pan. Cove with aluminum foil, punctured with toothpick.
  7. Cook for 70 min, or until legs are golden brown. Remove the foil, and pour the remaining marinade on legs.
  8. Cook for 25 min.
  9. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
