♥   Pour one cup steel cut oats into a jar
♥   Mix with 1 + 3/4 cup almond or coconut mil  
♥   Add in 1/2 tsp. cinnamon + a dallop of maple syrup + SoulBee Honey Flakes or Powder.
♥   Cover + store in refrigerator overnight
♥   Heat or eat cold in the AM
♥   1/ 3 cup greek yogurt

♥    Cinnamon

♥    SoulBee Honey Flakes or/and Powder

♥    Almond or Coconut Milk 

♥   Breakfast, Lunch, Dessert

♥   Healthy 

♥   Clean Eating

♥   Low fat
