A Healthy Green smoothie in Purple?

 

I’m in love with this Healthy Green Smoothie with Honey Powder. This green (purple) smoothie is full os spinach. This recipe is just delicious and nutritious, one of our best green smoothie!
I highly recommend this to those who does not really like spinach but are aware of how important they are.
I can promise you that you won’t even notice the spinach because it isn’t bright green and only 170 calories.

 

INGREDIENTS  (makes 1 loaf; serves 12)  
 
  • 1/2 cup Apple or Orange juice
  • 1 up Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tsp SoulBee Honey Powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)

Directions.

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add water to reach desired consistency.

Nutrition for 1 of 12 slices.

170 calories  •  42 g carbs (14%)  •  2 g protein (4%)  •  4 g fiber (16%) •
