OATMEAL WITH CINNAMON & SOULBEE HONEY POWDER & FLAKES FOR BREAKFAST BY @TIFF.KENT

INGREDIENTS

  1. Oats

  2. Almond / Coconut milk

  3. Cinnamon

  4. Maple syrup

  5. SoulBee Honey Flakes and/or SoulBee Honey Powder

  6. Greek yogurt

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour one cup steel cut oats into a jar
  2. Mix with 1 + 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  3. Add in 1/2 tsp. cinnamon + a dallop of maple syrup + SoulBee Honey Flakes or Powder.
  4. Cover + store in refrigerator overnight
  5. Heat or eat cold in the AM
  6. 1/ 3 cup greek yogurt
